The Laws of the Realm
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Winterfell Holidays, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
2. Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations policy details as follows: • Cancellations 45+ days before departure: Loss of deposit. • Cancellations 30-44 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost. • Cancellations 0-29 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost.
4. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, political unrest, or airline schedule changes. We will always strive to provide a comparable alternative.
5. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. You must provide proof of insurance before departure.
6. Liability
Winterfell Holidays acts only as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
