The Laws of the Realm
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Winterfell Holidays, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
2. Payment Policy
1. Land Package Booking Amount A minimum booking amount of INR 5,000 per person is required to confirm any land package booking. Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of payment. 2. Second Payment 20% of the total package remaining cost must be paid within 25 days after the Booking Amount 3. Final Payment The remaining balance amount must be cleared 20 days before the travel date. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges. 4. Flight Payment Policy Full flight payment is required at the time of flight booking and processing. Flight fares are dynamic and subject to change until full payment is received and tickets are issued. 5. Payment Confirmation All payments must be supported with transaction details or payment receipts shared with our team for confirmation. Booking vouchers and final travel documents will be released only after receiving full payment. 6. Important Notes Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until booking confirmation. Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges shall be borne by the customer. Winterfell Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of non-payment within the specified timelines.
3. Cancellations Policy
1. Flight Cancellation Policy Flight tickets are subject to the respective airline’s cancellation and refund policies. Cancellation charges, refund timelines, and amendment rules are entirely controlled by the airline. Winterfell Holidays does not have any control over airline refund decisions, schedule changes, or cancellation penalties. 2. Hotel Cancellation Policy Hotel bookings are refundable if cancellation is made 25 days prior to the travel date. Cancellations made within 25 days of travel may attract full or partial cancellation charges depending on the hotel policy. Processing charges, if any, may be deducted from the refundable amount. 3. Land Package Cancellation Policy Land arrangements including transfers, sightseeing, tours, cruises, and other ground services are refundable if cancelled 10 days prior to the travel date. Cancellations made within 10 days of travel may be non-refundable or subject to supplier cancellation charges. 4. Visa Fees All visa fees and visa processing charges are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of approval, rejection, delay, or cancellation by the traveler. 5. Refund Processing Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from airlines, hotels, or service providers. Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment wherever possible. 6. Force Majeure Winterfell Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or losses caused due to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
5. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. You must provide proof of insurance before departure.
6. Liability
Winterfell Holidays acts only as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
